Terms, privacy and cookies
What applies when you use All Rail Data, in plain words.
Terms
All Rail Data is for business use. Paid subscriptions and pilots are provided under a written agreement and our Terms of Service, which we are finalising. Until they are published here, ask us for a copy at access@allraildata.com.
When online payment opens, it will be handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which also issues invoices and collects sales tax.
Privacy
When you have an account, we keep:
- your work email and a hash of your password, to sign you in;
- what you tell us on the welcome step (name, company type, role, what you sell);
- sign-in times, IP address, browser and country, for security and to show you your active sessions;
- the product pages you view and for how long, kept 90 days, to learn what is useful;
- which records you open, to apply your plan's monthly record budget;
- your watchlist and any feedback you send us.
On our public pages, whether or not you are signed in, we count visits: the page, the site that sent you, a campaign's tags if the link had them, and your country. This uses no cookie and keeps no IP address or anything else that identifies you; the counts are kept 13 months.
We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers. Our service providers are Supabase (database, EU), Railway (application servers), Vercel (web hosting), Resend (email), Cloudflare (DNS and email forwarding), Telegram (internal notifications to our team, such as a new sign-up or a feedback message) and, once online payment opens, Paddle.
